Academic Advising

As soon as you come to the University of Richmond, you are assigned a faculty advisor, even before you choose a major. After you do choose a major, you will be assigned a faculty advisor in the department of your chosen major. The academic advising system is designed to foster a supportive, positive relationship between students and faculty throughout the collegiate career and beyond.
