    Dr. Brianna ("Bri") Clark-Williams is a former collegiate athlete, proud two-time HBCU graduate, and the child of a military family. These experiences have shaped her commitment to resilience, service, community, and creating environments where people can thrive.
    With more than 15 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Clark-Williams has served in leadership roles spanning academic affairs, student affairs, athletics, workforce development, career development, experiential learning, community engagement, and organizational partnerships. As the Associate Dean of Richmond College, she is committed to supporting not only students as they prepare for life at Richmond and beyond, but also the faculty, staff, and community partners who help cultivate their learning and development. She believes student success is a shared responsibility and is equally committed to strengthening the communities students are called to serve through leadership, meaningful relationships, and a deep sense of purpose.
    Dr. Clark-Williams earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia State University, a Master of Science in Education in Counseling from Old Dominion University, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies from Howard University, where she became the second graduate in the program's history. Her work is grounded in a deep belief that higher education has the power to transform lives, strengthen communities, and prepare people to lead with purpose and impact.
