Dean Trac began his higher education career after falling in love with the profession when he became an RA at Randolph-Macon College. Since graduating from R-MC in 2017, Dean Trac has served in several higher education positions spanning Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, and International Education. However, Dean Trac has always felt a specific affinity towards Student Affairs as he enjoys working with students to grow and develop from matriculation to graduation. He also finds value in supporting students as a mental health and care advocate. This advocacy is what led Dean Trac to pursue a doctorate in counseling & psychological studies.
