Throughout the month of October, Richmond College, along with campus partners, will host a series of events to educate and promote mental health topics, and address mental health stigma. This program was created to highlight the importance of well-being and help-seeking behaviors among college students.

Self-Care Day
October 24 | 12:00–2:00 PM | THC
- Take a break, recharge, and focus on you! As part of the You Matter series, all of THC will be filled with activities to relax your body and refresh your mind. Treat yourself to soothing chair massages, get creative with arts and crafts, and find your balance in calming yoga classes and meditation segments. This is your chance to step away from the busy routine, connect with others, and prioritize what truly matters, your well-being.
